Master Bond EP29LPSP is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including temperatures as low as 4K for bonding, sealing and coating. More importantly, this two component epoxy is able to withstand cryogenic shocks (i.e. room temperature down to liquid helium temperatures in a 5-10 minute time period).

With its outstanding optical clarity and NASA low outgassing approval, EP29LPSP is ideal for many applications in the aerospace, optical and electro-optical industries. It features excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, glass, ceramics, composites and many plastics. This system cures rigid, with a Shore D hardness of 80 and produces high strength bonds with a tensile strength of 6,500 psi.

EP29LPSP has a low viscosity of 400 cps and is easy to apply.  When curing, EP29LPSP has low exotherm and is a superior electrical insulator. Its volume resistivity is greater than 1015 ohm-cm and its dielectric constant is 3.6.
