#5: Master Bond EP21TPLVFeaturing a unique blend of outstanding toughness and
chemical resistance, EP21TPLV can withstand exposure to water, gasoline,
oils, hydrocarbons, fuels, hydraulic fluids and many acids and bases.
Often used as a sealant, it is also very effective as an adhesive,
coating, and encapsulant. This two part epoxy polysulfide is easy to
handle with a one to one mix ratio by weight or volume and its room
temperature cure schedule.
#4:
Master Bond EP37-3FLFEP37-3FLF
forms very flexible high strength bonds that offer excellent impact
resistance as well as resistance to severe thermal cycling and shock.
This optically clear, two part epoxy bonds well to a wide variety of
substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, rubber and many plastics.
Its relatively low exotherm makes it an ideal material for large
castings.
#3:Master Bond EP21TDC-2ANThe
cured compound exhibits a high elongation—greater than 25%, which is
truly exceptional for a thermally conductive epoxy. After mixing,
EP21TDC-2AN generates a very low exotherm, which allows for a long
working life. It has a service temperature range of 4K to 250°F and has
been successfully employed in a number of cryogenic applications.
#2:
Master Bond EP21FL
Designed for bonding, coating, sealing and encapsulating, Master Bond
EP21FL has a lower viscosity and cures at room temperature. It is a
toughened system that is ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates with
differing coefficients of expansion. EP21FL is effective for bonding
surfaces subjected to rigorous thermal cycling as well as thermal and
mechanical shocks.
#1:
Master Bond Supreme 46HT-2ND2This non-drip epoxy has an attractive balance of superior
shear and peel strengths for high performance structural bonding.
Supreme 46HT-2ND2 is suitable for applications where long-term exposure
to temperatures from -100°F to +500°F is required. It produces durable,
tough bonds which are remarkably resistant to thermal cycling as well as
a wide variety of chemicals including water, many acids, bases,
solvents, fuels and oils.
