Ideal
for optical or fiber-optic bonding, sealing and coating applications,
Master Bond EP39-2 features excellent clarity and light transmission
properties. This low viscosity, two component epoxy has a convenient two
to one mix ratio by weight. EP39-2 bonds well to a wide variety of
substrates including most metals, glass and plastics, and is easy to
apply by roller, brush or conventional spray equipment. It is very fast
curing, even in thin sections. Films as thin as 5 mils become tack-free
at ambient temperatures in only 3 hours and fully cure in 6-10 hours.
EP39-2 is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents, solvents or
