Master Bond UV15LV was used in a research article for photo-stability measurements of electropoptic polymer inverted ridge waveguides. For this application, UV curable epoxy Master Bond UV15LV1 was used to spin coat silicon wafers, to form claddings. Inverted ridges were then photolithographically defined on these claddings.
