Two Part Silicone Compounds for Industrial ApplicationsMaster Bond offers MasterSil® two part silicone systems for use in the assembly of medical, electrical, electronic, optical and other devices. These products provide excellent resistance to vibration, shock, heat and corrosion. Long pot life products have low exotherm and can be cured in deep cross section thicknesses beyond 1 inch for potting/encapsulation, casting usage. These low shrinkage formulations possess a long service life, can cure in a closed environment, cure more rapidly with heat and retain their elasticity over a wide temperature range.

Both addition (platinum catalyzed) and condensation (tin catalyzed) cured two part silicones are available in different sized units and can be automatically dispensed with meter mix equipment. Where cure inhibition is an issue, condensation cured silicones can be utilized.
