 All Master Bond products are manufactured
at our plant in Hackensack, New Jersey. They can only be purchased
directly from us. We do not sell through distributors. There
are no "middle men". Our highly trained technical staff
can answer any questions you may have about our products and
can recommend the perfect solution for your application.
 With over 3,000 formulations in
our product line, Master Bond Inc. offers a solution for every
problem. Our products come in safe, convenient, easy-to-use packaging.
All size orders, from large to small, are welcome. To ensure
maximum shelf life and freshness, all products are prepared when
ordered.
Master Bond offers quick turn-around on orders. For customers
who want to ensure a steady flow of product to meet production
schedules, blanket orders are accepted. |
Terms

All first time orders are shipped COD, prepaid with
Visa or Master Card or check in advance.
Upon completion and approval of a Master Bond credit application, customers
are put on Net/20 terms. For customers outside the U.S. and Canada,
payment by wire transfer or credit card is required in U.S. funds.

Shipping
 |
All shipments are FOB, Hackensack, New Jersey. Most shipments
are sent via U.P.S. or Federal Express, although products can
be shipped by any common carrier requested by the customer. All
packaging for shipments meets appropriate DOT regulations. |

Certifications
Shelf Life
|
To insure maximum shelf life, you should closely follow the storage
instructions listed on the product's technical data sheet. In
addition, each package purchased lists the date of manufacture.
The shelf life of a compound is calculated from its date of manufacture. |

Master Bond's products employ the most environmentally safe ingredients.
Material Safety Data Sheets are available for every product manufactured.
The technical data sheets include handling information. A careful
review of the safety data sheet is recommended.

Return Policy
|
Since all Master Bond products are formulated when ordered, Master
Bond does not accept product returns except in the unlikely event
the product fails to meet its specifications as published in
its current technical data sheet. You must call to receive a
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must
be indicated on the shipping label. Return shipments without
an RMA number will be refused. Returns should be shipped prepaid
and insured. |
