EP30-3 Product Description

Master Bond Polymer System EP30-3 is a two component, low viscosity epoxy featuring optical clarity and high temperature serviceability up to 450°F along with superior chemical resistance. EP30-3 has outstanding physical strength properties. It is an excellent adhesive and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, many plastics, rubbers and glass. It can also be used for potting and encapsulation as well as coating applications. EP30-3 is a superb electrical insulator and has excellent resistance to solvents, acids, bases and oils. The service temperature range is -80°F to 450°F. EP30-3 is widely used in applications where optical clarity and high temperature resistance is needed. It offers superior dimensional stability, even at elevated service temperatures. As mentioned above, EP30-3 requires oven curing at 250-300°F.
