New Developments of Master Bond's Heat Resistant Adhesives

Significant progress has been made in developing high temperature resistant systems with improved performance profiles. These include:

EP36CLV
B-stage epoxy with excellent toughness for sustained service up to +500°F. Superior mechanical strength and electrical insulation properties.
EP42HT-2FG
Tested and certified to meet FDA CFR 175.300. Food grade epoxy system featuring resistance to boiling water, fats and oils. Wide service range of -60°F to +450°F. Resists steam, radiation and frozen storage conditions.
EP17HT-3
One part epoxy resistant up to +400°F. Snap cure system. Can be cured in sections up to ¼ inch thick. Fast set up in 20-30 seconds, full cure in 2-3 minutes at 250-300°F. Shore D Hardness of >85.
